• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the intimate nature of certain products (e.g., lingerie, toys, and sensual wear, as well with digital products), some items are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. Please check individual product pages for return eligibility.
  
  

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
